The Fungus Factory is a local mycological institution focused on the production of gourmet fungi.  The world of mycology is an enchanting one, providing a fruitful crossroads for many interests, ranging from science to art and the simple pleasures of a well-cooked meal.  This amazing funky forest-in-miniature has held my fascination for over a decade, and this passion has translated into some of the freshest mushrooms and tastiest fungi you can find in Maryland.  Hope to see you at the markets!
